Winning the IGT award is another example of how the Gaming industry has embraced the MEI value proposition. MEI’s core Gaming product, CASHFLOW® SC, has raised the profile of bill acceptors and their role in operator profitability by improving upon the attributes responsible for consumer satisfaction and, ultimately, product performance – acceptance, jam rate, security and cost of operation.

The award is a testament to MEI’s dedication to innovation. CASHFLOW SC, first introduced in 2002, continues to change expectations for peripherals in slot machines. The ability to enhance CASHFLOW SC with EASITRAX® Soft Count, which is now installed in nearly 70,000 games globally, has evolved MEI’s role from being a component supplier to a cash management system integrator.

The innovation provided by MEI will continue to progress. The next generation of CASHFLOW SC, called SC Advance, has been submitted to Gaming OEMs for approval and is targeted for release later this year. SC Advance is backwards compatible with CASHFLOW SC, allowing customers to yield value from previous investments in MEI. It also features a number of enhancements, including increased memory, faster note-to-note speed and a new recognition system for enhanced security.
