Chile: The court delivers draft judgement on Puerto Varas Casino

Chile).- After a long process, Santiago Appeal Court delivered a draft judgement with regard to casino operator Sun Dreams attempt not to lose its license in Puerto Varas, after the tender process was granted to its strong rival, Enjoy.
Chilean-South African company had alleged that the granting process is not compliant with the law, due to the fact that the real state project did not adjust to the current land-use planning, which would have allowed to consider less costs.
Sun Dreams is also trying to recover Pucon venue, an issue that is being analyzed by the Supreme Court.
