(Uruguay).- The government resolved to keep the casinos closed for at least one more week, that is, until Sunday, July 11. The measure, adopted within the framework of the health emergency caused by Covid-19, applies to public and private casinos.
The other measure maintained is teleworking in public offices and in the Central Administration that, due to their activity and dynamics, allow it.
As the government announced days ago, starting next Monday, July 5, public shows, events and parties will be enabled again.
Cinemas and food courts in shopping centers are also reopening. Cinemas in Montevideo, Canelones and Maldonado can reopen from July 15, as well as amateur sports.
