Bringing Our Values to Life: The Muse Code Workshop at Amusnet Gaming

That’s why we recently hosted The Muse Code: Unlocking Our Core Values, a full-day internal workshop led by MadeYou, designed to bring our teams together and reflect on what truly drives us.

Our core values—We Evolve, We Care, We Lead, and We Are Accountable—are the foundation of how we work, grow, and show up for each other. But this workshop was about taking things a step further: exploring how we can make these values tangible, actionable, and part of our everyday rhythm.

Turning Words into Action

Throughout the workshop, teams delved into what each value really means, not just in theory, but in the context of how we collaborate, communicate, and contribute at work. Through a series of engaging group exercises, we unpacked each value and explored how they can be applied in practice, from how we collaborate and communicate, to how we contribute at work.

We reflected on how these values align with our team goals, individual roles, and overall company objectives.

In focused breakout sessions, teams worked together to define what living our values looks like in action, and how each one can be embedded into our day-to-day decisions, behaviours, and roadmap priorities. The discussions were honest, insightful, and energizing, reinforcing that these values aren’t just words on a wall, but guiding principles we truly believe in.


 

Creativity Meets Culture

One of the most memorable moments of the day came when each group was tasked with sketching a visual representation of our values. Whether it was a symbol for all four or an image for each one, what followed was a burst of creativity, from characters and metaphors to hearts, podiums, and unique storytelling.

After the workshop, we gathered the drawings and turned them into something lasting and meaningful: a custom-designed mousepad for all our employees.

The Story Behind the Mousepad Design

The final design reflects the energy and thoughtfulness of the workshop. At its heart is Coin Gobbler, one of our game characters, representing We Evolve—a nod to innovation and our very first cluster game.

He holds a piggy bank, symbolising We Are Accountable, reminding us of our responsibility and ownership in everything we do.

On the other side of the design is a four-step podium, with each step labelled with one of our core values. This structure represents the foundation we build on together and how we rise through action, purpose, and collaboration.

At the top of the podium sits a heart, symbolising We Care. It’s a powerful reminder that empathy, compassion, and people-first thinking are what elevate everything we do, within our teams and across our community.

Muse News & Our Muse Code in Action

We introduced the new mousepads during our latest Muse News session, alongside the launch of Our Muse Code in Action framework. This practical guide breaks down each of our four values with simple, clear examples of how to bring them to life in our day-to-day work.

From supporting a colleague or giving feedback, to leading by example or stepping out of your comfort zone, it’s about turning intention into behaviour.

These mousepads are now a part of every new joiner’s onboarding welcome pack, a daily reminder of the values that guide how we work, lead and grow together.

Living Our Culture Every Day
