Change Italia is present at ENADA event with new products and positive feedback

What novelties and solutions is the company showcasing in ENADA?

We have some new products from JCM, which is our major company in terms of business, in terms of distribution, so we have a new recycler, called UBA PRO RQ and we are pushing a lot because now in Italy there is a big demand for recyclers. And after this, we have a new product, specially for game application, in monitors, in bar code reader, in card reader, we have several new products that we are trying to introduce to the business.

What is the feedback from customers?

As you may know, we have had 2 years of almost no business due to COVID, so this is the first edition after the pandemic. We have received a lot of enquiries, even in the first ten minutes of the exhibition, so it is very very positive. We believe it will be very positive in Italy, but again we have to consider that there has been no business for two years.

How do you see the current situation of the sector in Italy?

The situation may change a little bit because a new regulation is coming, and a new regulation will require more components like NFC Card Reader and so on, so we have the chance to expand the business in other direction, and we are confident that in the next couple of years the business will grow a lot.

What is the plan of the company for the European markets this year?

We have a good business in Eastern Europe and specially in some parts of Northern Africa, so for these areas business has been quite stable this year, even with the pandemic, so we just have to keep the position also with these new products as well, but mainly our focus is in Italy and neighbouring countries.

Which will be the next show for your company?

The next show will be ICE in London, where we have a stand, and then Venditalia in Italy, a trade show for vending machines.
