Chetú offered its customized software solutions at ICE North America

Santiago Marín talked about the solution its firm presented at ICE Boston: “Chetu provides the workforce to make this innovations come true; we do not have a product, we always define a solution, and we have been working on it for a long time, although of course we are now more open to the new market trends, specially here, in the US.”

With regard to the public feedback, he commented: “The feedback from visitors has been interesting. We know it was going to be much smaller than other shows but there is more traffic than we expected, no doubt, and we’ve also realized that there are more providers than operators, because the US sportsbook market is growing right now.”

“I see that this first edition is very well organized, as Clarion always does, but obviously it needs more experience to continue growing as a show and become as important as the shows they organize in Europe,” added Marín.

When consulted about the expectations and goals of the company, he affirmed: “Reaching those US operators interested in developing complete solutions, maybe for sportsbooks or of another kind, related to games of chance.”

When talking about the profile of the US player, he pointed:“ I think it is very difficult to generalize, because the United States is an enormous and very varied country, and it is not the same the player in states that have just legalized gaming with the sportsbooks, than players living in places such as Nevada and Atlantic City, where there is a gaming tradition, and a certain social acceptance.”

“Evidently, the US market has a huge business potential. The only concern for me is that the different regulations on the different states vary a lot, and we don’t know very well how the legal aspect may have an impact on performance,” remarked.

The next show for Chetu is Peru Gaming Show. “It will be our first time at the show and we are very excited. We haven’t been in a Latin American event for several months, and it is special for us to go to Latin America because it is an almost unexplored market. We are looking forward to going to Lima,” he said.

We are here at ICE North America to develop a software solution; it must not be strictly related to games of chance; we also do casino management. We offer 100% customized solutions, like the Taylor that makes a customized suit for you,” Marín concluded.
