(Costa Rica).- CIBELAE – Iberoamerican Corporation of State Lotteries and Gambling – is a non-profit civil association of an international and non-governmental nature, created in 1988 and a member of the Executive Committee of the World Lottery Association (WLA).

CIBELAE to hold its XVII Congress in Costa Rica from November 6 to 9

On this occasion, with great satisfaction, we are holding the XVII biannual Congress that we are pleased to participate, which will be held in the halls of the DoubleTree by Hilton Cariari Hotel in the city of San José, Costa Rica, from 6 to November 9 next.

Convinced that diversity is an opportunity for development and growth, we hope to count on you in this event, which will be attended by more than twenty regulators, representatives of different regional organizations and widely recognized companies in the sector.
