Clarion Gaming reaffirm the dates of Brazilian Gaming Congress

(Sao Paulo).- The Government of the State of São Paulo announced last Friday (03), the dates for the return of events and other activities that cause overcrowding. As tradeshows and conferences are expected to return on October 12th, under new protocols, Clarion Gaming reaffirm that Brazilian Gaming Congress will be held on 7-8 december at Hotel Tivoli Mofarrej, Sao Paulo.
Tradeshows, concerts, and sporting events are authorized after 28 consecutive days of the state of São Paulo being in Phase 4 (green). The scheduled date for these activities is October 12th, considering the start of the Green Phase on September 14th.
Conditions for holding events at this stage include:
- 60% occupancy;
- Control of access and number of people, respecting the maximum capacity;
- Mandatory use of masks;
- Advance purchase of tickets, with numbered seats and/or pre-scheduled time;
- Audience standing at a distance;
- Adoption of general and specific protocols.
