(São Paulo).- Leading iGaming CRM provider launches Portuguese-language certification program focused on practical retention strategies, AI, and World Cup campaign planning.
Fast Track will host Fast Track Spark: São Paulo 2026, a two-day advanced retention training workshop taking place on March 18–19, 2026, at the Rosewood São Paulo. The event marks the first stop in a new global series dedicated to hands-on CRM education for iGaming operators.
Designed specifically for Brazil’s rapidly expanding iGaming market, the program combines keynote presentations, live demonstrations, expert roundtables, and interactive workshops — all delivered in Portuguese. “Brazil is the world’s fastest-growing iGaming market, and operators here need practical skills they can implement immediately,” said Muriel Le Senechal, Regional Commercial Manager LatAm at Fast Track. “Fast Track Spark delivers real workflows and proven playbooks — not just theory.”
