⏱ 3 min read
(Las Vegas, SoloAzar Exclusive).- The Chief Revenue Officer of Aristocrat Gaming, Kurt Gissane, reports on the firm's participation in the most recent edition of G2E 2024 held last month at the Venetian Expo and Convention Center in Las Vegas .
Kurt Gissane, The Chief Revenue Officer of Aristocrat Gaming made an evaluation after finishing G2E 2024 and highlights that “Aristocrat gave players the best seat in the house. Our commitment to the player experience took center stage as Aristocrat Gaming and Aristocrat Interactive showcased our latest innovations side by side and demonstrated our combined strength in customer offerings and brands players want to be entertained by wherever they choose to play”.
Regarding the Stand that Aristocrat presented at the Las Vegas event, Gissane highlights that “Our new Baron cabinet is the newest hardware launch from Aristocrat Gaming and was a huge hit with customers. We showed several new games on the Baron, and each was positively received. We also had a large space dedicated exclusively to our new Phoenix Link and its four launch titles. The reaction from customers came down to one word: Wow! We were also excited to premiere the new House of the Dragon game, and we had actual dragon egg props from the hit TV show. Season 2 of our NFL-themed games had prominent positioning with the three newest game titles on display, all with the incredible “pick your team, play your team” selectable feature. We also had dedicated spaces for our LATAM, EMEA, APAC, Adjacent Markets and Class 2 products, underscoring our commitment to these facets of the industry. And as we alluded to earlier, nearly half of the overall booth space was dedicated to Aristocrat Interactive and the incredible initiatives they are creating for the industry”.

What innovations are you implementing to adapt to the evolving US market?
Our new Baron cabinet and Phoenix Link game are prime examples of how we continue to lead the industry with innovations in hardware and game content. Further to that point is the extensive amount of custom content we have created specifically for Class 2 as well as popular Class 3 titles being adapted for Class 2 customers. We invest more in D&D than any major supplier, and that investment is coupled with ongoing customer and player feedback. The result is innovations that continually raise the bar.
Following your participation at G2E, what key message would you like to convey to potential new customers or partners about your featured products?

Approximately 90% of our booth featured new content, and the density of the game offerings will be further complemented by swift arrival to casino floors, with the anticipated delivery of new releases by the first half of 2025. The message customers heard very clearly is we have a deep and broad portfolio of games and hardware to support whatever the customer's needs may be, everywhere in the world.
To conclude, What are your short-term goals, and are there any specific markets you are targeting?
Every customer and every team member knows our goal: Aristocrat Gaming is committed to delivering the best seat in the house for wherever and whenever the world plays. It’s that simple, and at G2E, we again delivered on that goal with leading games and hardware. Aristocrat is truly a global company with the best teams positioned across the world, listening to customers and players and answering their needs accustomed to their markets, and we are excited for the coming year.
