´G2E Las Vegas was the global debut of IGT’s Peak65 and DiamondRS cabinets´

How have you experienced the fact of being in a face-to-face show after so long?
Gathering in person for G2E was a fantastic experience. The entire IGT sales team was energized by the opportunity to demonstrate many highlights from our portfolio and see, in-person, our customers’ reactions to our solutions and collect their insightful feedback.

What are the main novelties that your company showcased at the event?
IGT showcased a variety of products that support our various gaming segments. The three-day event was the global debut of IGT’s Peak65 and DiamondRS cabinets, as well as many core and premium games. We also unveiled 13 new Wheel of Fortune titles and introduced next-generation product evolutions across all the product verticals. Our customers from Latin America were particularly interested in new games for our Peak hardware series, innovative multi-game bundles, and multi-level progressive games such as Olympus Link and Haywire Jackpots.

What feedback have you received from attendees?
Everything that we’ve heard from customers about G2E continues to be positive. They are pleased with how IGT applies their feedback to the make localized solutions that drive play and meet regional player expectations. For many of us, the normalcy of an in-person event was greatly appreciated. Because the IGT G2E portfolio included so many solutions, it was challenging for most our guests to pick a favorite, however many agree that having the opportunity to see the legendary Vanna White in-person as she hosted the Wheel of Fortune Slot tournament was a highly memorable experience.

What are the main goals of the company for the rest of the year and 2022?
For the remainder of 2021, IGT is highly focused on executing our plans and deploying our solutions in casinos around the world.  With the pandemic, each market has re-opened at its own pace and has established its individual “new normal.”  IGT is prepared to work with all our customers in navigating their new normals and achieving their short and long-term goals.
