(Amsterdam, SoloAzar Exclusive).-Mr. Gil Soffer, Senior Vice President of Sales and Business Development at Galaxsys, answered some questions from SoloAzar about the company's presence at the iGB L!VE event held from 11-14 July. The show was the perfect stage for Galaxsys to showcase its new games, as well as the positive experience they had at the event, and their plans to expand into other European markets: Italy, Portugal and Switzerland.
What were the expectations and objectives of the firm for this event in Amsterdam, the Netherlands?
Amsterdam and the iGB Live with over 6,000+ attendees is a must show to attend for any B2B iGaming supplier. Galaxsys has been growing very quickly across continental Europe and given this show is easily accessible to many potential Euro based operators it makes sense for our brand to show case our products at this event.

Which were the main products that the company exhibited at this fair?
We currently have 25+ fast/instant games and 5 skill games and are planning to increase more by the year-end. We showcased new game themes at iGB Live Expo in Amsterdam, which are below, and we are confident they shall be well received by operators and players alike.:
- Totem is a new board game where players use dice to determine their moves on the board. The objective is to navigate strategically, avoiding losing sections and targeting multipliers or bonus sections to win bets. When the player moves to the bonus section, the wheel of fortune opens, and there are no losing sections in this wheel.
- Magic Dice is the newest addition to our portfolio. Magic Dice is played using two dice, and the objective is to correctly guess whether the combined roll of the dice will be higher, equal, or lower than a chosen number. Players place bets and roll the dice to determine the outcome, with various payout multipliers based on their guesses. The game also features a bonus round, activated after correctly guessing 10 consecutive results.
- ScratchMap is a series of scratch cards that aim to match specific odds or symbols to win, with payouts determined by the assigned multipliers. The game offers various scratch card variations, including options with or without matching symbols and lucky numbers featuring bonus symbols.
- Coin Flip is a highly entertaining game where players bet on the outcome of a coin toss. They can choose a bet amount and a difficulty level (with 1, 2, or 3 coins), and then they have to guess whether the coin will land on "H" or "L." If they guess correctly, they win and receive a payout based on the chosen difficulty level and bet amount.
How was the public feedback on the products you presented?
Galaxsys's games portfolio meets the current player demand for fast and skilled games that offer the player quicker in-play experiences and appeal to that player base in short-burst formats for today’s digital lifestyles and consumption playing patterns, were time to play is in short supply.
The team did an awesome job, professional, friendly and with authority in terms of all things fast and skilled games. We always solicit feedback, whether that is positive or negative. It is extremely important to listen to our partners and incorporate the necessary improvements to all our product lifecycle touchpoints.

What is your opinion on the progress of iGaming across Europe compared to land-based gaming?
Digital gaming is on the up across most European markets. It makes sense given more and more digital natives prefer to discover content gaming experiences online as against perhaps within the land-based environment.
That said, an integrated approach should be encouraged as digital consumers still live in the real physical world and can be encouraged to visit land-based casinos or gaming centres. Likewise, the cross-over potential between land-based to digital consumers ensures casinos could engender brand loyalty while protecting share of wallet from competitors.
What is the company's presence in this local market?
We work with most tiers operators and aggregators on the European market and are present in most European regulated markets. We are positioned as leaders in non-traditional gaming and our games, especially crash, plinko, mines and instant are best sellers in many markets. We are launching soon Italy, Portugal, and Switzerland where we see a big demand for our games.

Post-event reflection: could you comment on the demands of the sector within the local market and its difference compared to markets in other latitudes/LATAM?
Galaxsys is very much a data-driven company, and we put a large emphasis on research or R&D driven methodologies with the best maths and features to provide the most robust approach to entering a new supply chain market.
The fundamentals are the same, do your market research, understand the supply chain and your player persona, and ensure your business meets those localisation factors. From a fast game perspective, we generally find the traits are homogenous across different territories in that online players are looking for simpler games to engage in, with a streamlined game play and feel in control by having less decisions to make within the game session.
What final results did the company achieve in terms of business opportunities during the 4 days of the fair?
It is fair to say, we exceeded our aims, which was to meet existing partners and showcase our games portfolio to new operators, aggregators, and suppliers. Watch this space for very exciting announcements with major operators!
