Gaming Laboratories International (GLI®) Presented Informative Half-Day Regulators Seminar at IAGR 2018

Maida welcomed participants to the seminar and gave a brief update of GLI activity in jurisdictions around the world. One of the many highlights of GLI’s seminar was a special “Ask the Experts” panel on Blockchain, Cryptocurrencies, Virtual Reality, Fantasy Sports, and Sports. GLI panelists included Senior Compliance Engineer Sergio Suarez; Regulatory Development Manager Alex Haberl; and Andrés Méndez, head of GLI’s Penetration & Vulnerability Testing Services. Britton moderated the panel.

Cybersecurity continues to be a major concern to regulators worldwide. Marco Capozzi, GLI Europe’s Director of ISS, helped seminar participants sharpen their cybersecurity knowledge by speaking on Information Security: Autopsy of a Cyber Attack.

The seminar also featured three bonus educational workshops:
