GAT Expo CDMX ended with great support from the Mexican gaming industry

(Mexico City).- GAT Expo CDMX concluded with a very positive balance as an effective high-level B2B platform, business generator, professional updating and networking between protagonists of the gaming and entertainment industry in Mexico and Latin America.

For two vibrant days, on May 13 and 14, the trade exhibition at Expo Santa Fe was attended by large Mexican permit holders, technology providers, C-level executives and leading brands interested in strengthening operations and consolidating their position in this market. Corridors with constant traffic and stands in permanent activity, attended by professional marketing and sales teams, marked a sustained agenda of meetings that confirm the excellent result of this direct commercial format.

Commercial exhibition

The official opening of the exhibition and the traditional ribbon cutting was a special symbolic and emotional moment. José Aníbal Aguirre addressed a few words of welcome and gratitude to the personalities present, including: Óscar Paredes Arroyo, founder of the Palacio de los Números; Miguel Ángel Ochoa, president of AIEJA; Judith Barrientos, BDE of Aristocrat; María Teresa Garduño, Director of Merkur Gaming Mexico; Jorge Rojas, CEO of Prometeo; Rafael Blanco, Marketing Director of Big Bola Casinos; José Antonio Macías, Director of Oklahoma, Moisés Shemaria of Dreidel, David Sides of Logrand Group, Cedric Martínez of Playdoit and José Carlos Figueroa of GLI. This was the central message of GAT's CEO: "We are here to highlight the structural strength of the Mexican market: a robust, diverse ecosystem, with enormous capacity for evolution and with entrepreneurs who believe in the resilience and sustainability of this powerful industry that is part of the cultural DNA of Mexicans."

The trade show offered a dynamic, visually attractive and functional environment for the development of strategic meetings, thanks to the integral production of the fair by Star Business Group, the firm responsible for an execution that provided identity, operational fluidity and an experience aligned with the executive profile of the event.

ALEA Specialized Seminar

The professional seminar given by ALEA had a practical and interactive academic component, with the participation of Mexican executives linked to physical casinos of the Codere, Caliente, Dreidel, Winpot, Estadio Gana, Playtrack, SINTOLED, permit holders and suppliers of AIEJA, among others, interested in acquiring knowledge and tools for transformation towards omnichannel entertainment models.

Experts Luis Zanazzi and Maximiliano Ayala from Argentina, conducted this course focused on technological evolution, customer loyalty, operational innovation and strategic adaptation to new market dynamics. The ALEA students, trained for 8 hours, expressed their satisfaction with the training received and the interest in compliance training and permanent updating in omnichannel.

Opening Reception Casino Big Bola

Again in 2026, GAT CDMX had the decisive support of Big Bola Casinos that offered the Opening Reception at its headquarters in the Santa Fe District on May 12, bringing together 200 guests from the gaming industry, in a night that encouraged direct connections and reunions. For the occasion, the Big Bola Casino dressed up for the FIFA 2026 World Cup in its scenery and decoration. The event included a DJ and a freestyle football skills show that brought joy to the party, thus giving a warm welcome to the attendees. Rafael Blanco, Marketing Director of Big Bola Casinos, promoted this cocktail which was also attended by the management staff of Big Bola Online, represented by Reinaldo Venegas, its CEO, as well as managers of its casinos, from several states of Mexico.

Exclusive networking and launch of the 4th Golf & Gaming Tournament

The social meeting on the first day of the expo took place at the Central Central restaurant, with a premium networking experience attended by renowned standard-bearers of the sector who enjoyed widely in an environment conducive to strengthening commercial ties between peers and exploring new investments and collaborations.

In this scenario, the official launch of the Golf & Gaming tournament was also held, an initiative that combines relationship with social purpose, by incorporating a component of corporate social responsibility for the benefit of the SUMA and Criantia foundations, thus expanding the impact of the industry towards causes of community value, uniting sport, fun among colleagues and solidarity with noble causes. It is important to note that, since the previous year, GAT Events has been linked to this philanthropic project led by Judith Barrientos and Jorge Rojas.
