GAT Virtual Expo, ready to innovate in Latin America
⏱ 3 min read
(Colombia).- The 3D virtual fair, organized by 3A Productions and the Penta Pro team, which will take place from August 26 to 28, is scheduling guided tours on the platform to provide representatives and companies in the sector with a sample of what this virtual event totally innovative in the gaming industry will be like.
GAT Virtual Expo will offer a unique experience. This interactive fair will have technological features that will take participants to a surprising virtual reality that is close to the experience of a face-to-face event.
Since last Friday, the organizers have been conducting virtual tours for those interested in learning about the platform in person. Companies such as Rivalo, Alfastreet, Win Systems, Betconstruct, Betgames, Play´n GO and Altenar, were able to personally experience the functions of the stands equipped for extensive visitor interaction with the exhibitor through various channels and through avatars with individual features, autonomous mobility and expression of emotions. The platform operated by Penta Pro produces analytical metrics access, identity and location of visitor. Likewise, the Internet user accesses software rooms and auditoriums, which allow the simultaneous conduct of academic and commercial sessions, which at GAT Virtual Expo will be led by Totally Gaming Academy, the institute for the game of Clarion Gaming.
Santiago Ayala Alvarez, Sales & Retail Manager, Rivalo, who made a tour last Friday, commented on his experience: “It seemed to me a very special virtual immersion, considering the avatars, options and the possibility of moving in the universe of the fair. I think it is an excellent tool that not only allows a different approach, but each visitor or brand, the development of interactive material or virtual presence.”
"It was a very interesting experience, I hope all visitors can enjoy this opportunity,"added Shushanik Yeghiazaryan, Junior Event Coordinator at BetConstruct.
On June 26 executives from Merkur, Clarion Gaming, Asojuegos, Cornazar, Simulcast and Dos Diseño will be touring the GAT Virtual Expo space. The platform will be open a week before the fair so that exhibitors - suppliers, visitors - operators and sponsors, walk with their avatars the pavilions, auditoriums, conference rooms and business conferences, as if they were in a real convention center, doing the previous assembly and they can optimize the time to do business, when the time comes, during the three days of the fair: 26, 27 and 28 August.
For July 3, virtual tour requests have been received from the companies Apuesta Total, Gambee and new executives from Betconstruct and Alfastreet.
Jose Anibal Aguirre, CEO 3A Producciones, announces that the marketing of virtual stands and sponsorships has had a very favorable and optimistic response: “In times of change this will be the best opportunity to do real business in a virtual world, bringing together the wonderful gaming industry in a powerful platform that will allow us to integrate professionalization courses, business conferences, corporate conferences and a wide offer of new products adapted to the complex moment we are experiencing; In addition, as in our face-to-face fairs, taking advantage of new technologies, we will have celebrations and networking between friends and clients.”
The virtual tour will take place on Friday of each week at 9:00 am Colombia time. Those who wish to participate can contact info@gatexpo.net to request their inclusion in the list of visitors. Quotas are limited. A good broadband internet connection and a reliable graphics card computer are required.
