IAG Play Strengthens Its Technology Solutions at SBC Americas 2026
⏱ 3 min read
(Fort Lauderdale, SoloAzar Exclusive).- At SBC Americas 2026, IAG Play reinforced its positioning beyond game development, presenting itself as an omnichannel technology provider. CTO Fernando Polti highlighted strong market interest in the company’s new terminal system, its refreshed game portfolio, and its solutions designed to seamlessly integrate land-based and online gaming experiences.
IAG Play Positions Itself as a Full-Service Technology Provider
"Our main goal was to strengthen IAG Play's position not only as a game development studio, but as a comprehensive technology provider that strengthens its capability to deliver omnichannel solutions. We wanted to demonstrate the maturity of our architecture through our new terminal system and our refreshed game portfolio,” says Fernando Polti, CTO of IAG Play, regarding the company’s presence at SBC Americas 2026.
He adds: “The outcome was extremely positive; attendance at our booth far exceeded expectations and the technical feedback we received from operators and partners was excellent. It became clear that the market is looking for exactly the kind of robust and flexible technology that strengthens our offerings."
High-Level Networking
Polty also noted that the event provided the ideal setting for high-level networking.
“We connected with Tier 1 operators from North America and Latin America, as well as major aggregation platforms. There was strong interest in how our terminal system can seamlessly integrate with existing online operations. We reached preliminary strategic agreements to integrate our new high-frequency game line into several key casinos, which will accelerate our regional expansion.”
Key Discussion Topics
When asked about the main themes, trends, and challenges discussed during the event, he explained that the conversation focused on three main technological pillars:
Regulation and adaptability: As Latin American markets mature (especially Brazil and Peru), the technical challenge is building agile platforms that can quickly adapt to complex local regulations.
Fast-paced gaming: New generations demand immediacy. There was significant discussion about how to attract and retain Gen Z and Millennial players, driving the rise of alternative mechanics and multiplayer formats.
Omnichannel experience: The challenge of unifying wallets and user experience across land-based and digital casinos. As CTO, this is a topic I am passionate about, and one we addressed directly with our latest launch.
Innovations and Product Launches
Polty expressed satisfaction with IAG Play’s showcase, which focused on its complete ecosystem:
Terminal System: Our flagship retail solution. It is a self-managed hardware and software system with an intuitive user interface and a real-time back-office management tool. It is built on a scalable architecture, ensuring maximum transaction security and high availability.
Crash Games: Designed with a mobile-first approach. We integrate Provably Fair algorithms, low-latency multiplayer functionality, and social features such as live chat, which are essential for today’s players.
Tumblers (Cascading Games): We showcased titles featuring highly volatile math models, smooth animations, and retention mechanics that keep players engaged with every spin.
Lottery Games: We successfully digitized the traditional lottery experience, offering much faster draw times and a highly engaging visual interface.
IAG Play Roadmap for the Coming Months
“Our immediate technological focus is the large-scale rollout and integration of our terminal system with clients secured during the event. On the product side, we have an aggressive roadmap: we plan to launch at least five new titles between Crash Games and Tumblers before the end of the year. Regarding events, we will continue participating in the international circuit; we already have key fairs on our radar such as G2E in Las Vegas and SiGMA, where we will continue showcasing IAG Play’s evolution,” Polty said.
Outlook and Opportunities for 2027
“We see a hyper-dynamic market. The consolidation of regulation in LATAM is creating a safe environment that attracts investment and professionalizes the sector. The major opportunity today lies in convergence. The operator who manages to seamlessly connect land-based and digital experiences will lead the industry in 2027. Our expectations are to significantly increase market share by providing exactly that bridge technology (our terminals), combined with localized, high-retention content,” he concluded.
