Talks to be held today are:
-Exclusive Fireside Chat: “Regulation is the main part of our core business” - 10:30-11:00. Harald Neumann, CEO, NOVOMATIC AG. Harald will talk about regulations and trends in the European gambling market. He will draw on some of his recent experiences in the market to illustrate the major challenges in this area and focus on the measures needed to make progress in times of increasingly restrictive, regulatory frameworks. This session will concentrate on all the key issues of CSR and Responsible Gaming, which will continue to dictate the market in the future.
-Changing the Image of Gaming - 16:00-16:30. Danny Rogers, Editor in Chief, PR Weekly. The gaming industry has struggled with its public perception for many years. Especially with some of the more recent headlines exposing ‘rogue’ operators, the industry has really felt the impact of from this through increased regulation, limits on promotional activity and a general lack in public support.
This session will draw on his extensive knowledge of some of the most disruptive PR campaigns of recent times, providing key insights on what we, as an industry, can learn from them to change the image of gaming.
