IGT presented its latest and greatest hardware and cabinets at FIJMA

What novelties is the firm showcasing at the show?

We are showcasing our latest and greatest hardware and cabinets, primarily the Peak family of cabinets: the PeakSlant32 cabinet, and the PeakSlant49 single-screen portrait cabinet, which is an absolutely leading form factor. We are also proud of our recently launched MLP product for the Spanish market. We are also showcasing our latest and greatest game content and of course we officially announced our entrance into the AWP Salones market at FIJMA 2022.

What are the firm's strategies for the Spanish market for 2022?

We have divided regional market opportunities into two segments: AWP and the casino market. In the AWP market, we recently signed a distribution agreement with Orenes, a Spanish firm. We are currently in the middle of the commercial trial and from that we will work hard with Orenes to penetrate in this really exciting market entrance for IGT.

And then in the casino market, we will work with Logical Games 46, our long-term distributor for the Spanish casino market. For the casino opportunities we are looking to get our latest and greatest product offerings into the casinos, again focusing on the Peak family of Cabinets and MLP game line-up.

Which markets do you target and which shows are you planning to assist this year?

Outside of Spain, IGT is focused on growth opportunities across Europe, particularly in Eastern Europe. Additionally, we have a relatively comprehensive pipeline of trade shows in Eastern Europe. We plan to attend future shows in Romania and Belgrade. In lieu of attending ICE, we are also hosting satellite events in focused markets, so smaller events on a country-by-country basis. Lastly, we will invite our customers over to a location in mainland Europe for two or three days in the summer for an IGT event.

The Spanish market has been a fundamental focus for IGT, even more now that we're active in the AWP market and we are very proud of our long-term partnerships. It is a market where we are confident in our ability to perform well, and we believe our products will resonate and drive performance for our customers. Spain continues to be a very important market for IGT.
