"Our participation in GAT Expo Cartagena 2026 has been very positive. It is an increasingly consolidated event within the sector in Latin America, both for its excellent organization and for the quality of the attendees. We have seen a high influx of operators and key players in the industry, which has facilitated productive meetings and high-value conversations. I would especially highlight the professionalization of the event and its ability to generate an environment conducive to business and quality networking"
Relevance of the Latin American market
"The Latin American market is strategic for Recreativos Franco, and Colombia, in particular, occupies a priority place within our international expansion. We currently have more than 100 machines installed in the country, reflecting the confidence of local operators in our products. Our presence at GAT Expo Cartagena reinforces our commitment to the region and allows us to continue consolidating business relationships, as well as identifying new growth opportunities. Our goal is to continue expanding our presence in Colombia and other markets in the region in the coming years."
Products and reception
"In this edition we present our product 7 Power Up, a casino machine that incorporates five games with perceived persistence mechanics and three different bonuses that can be combined with each other. The reception by operators has been very positive. They have especially valued innovation in the game dynamics, highlighting that we are one of the few manufacturers that offer a multigame with different themes and mathematics within the same product. This differentiation positions us as an attractive proposition in the market."
What kind of key alliances or contacts did you manage to generate during the event, and what concrete opportunities arose from these interactions?
"During the event we have strengthened relationships with current customers and we have generated new contacts with operators interested in incorporating our products. These interactions have led to concrete opportunities for expansion, especially in the introduction of new units in the Colombian market. We have also identified possible strategic collaborations that could materialise in trade agreements in the short and medium term".
Finally, what are the next projects or developments that your company is working on and what role will Latin America – and in particular markets such as Colombia – play in those plans?
"At Recreativos Franco we continue to be committed to innovation and the development of new products that provide added value to operators. We're working on new solutions that combine technology, beautiful design, and advanced gameplay mechanics. Latin America, and especially Colombia, will continue to be a key market in our strategy. We plan to significantly increase our fleet of machines in the country during this year and the next, thus consolidating our presence and reinforcing our commitment to the region".
