(Colombia, Exclusive SoloAzar).- Luckia Gaming Group is already operating in Colombia and presented its online betting solution at FADJA. Jaume Moragues, Online Director of Luckia, spoke with SoloAzar about the new license in Colombia, the market and the plans of the firm for this year.

Luckia presented its online betting solution at FADJA

"We are presenting our product already as an operating company. A year ago it was the first time we had a stand at FADJA and we promised to return the following year with a license and operate, and that's how it was. We have achieved this and we have come to present our solution of online and bets, both to the market in general and especially to all our customers who have already placed their trust in us," said Moragues.

Then he added: "The Colombian market is very competitive and some of the licensing companies are at a high level. It is a market that promises both its size and the dynamics of growth."

Regarding the show, Jaume Moragues commented: "Visitors tell us that the show has changed. A few years ago It was more oriented to the product of slots, and instead, since last year and since this year even more, it is increasingly focused on online and betting."

When asked about the profile of the Colombian player, he said the following: "Considering that a very considerable percentage of Colombians use smartphones, that the use of new technologies is increasingly consolidated in society, coupled with the great interest that exists for sports in Colombia, we are convinced that online and betting will have a very good acceptance."

As for the plans for this year, Moragues commented: "Once we have already obtained the license, we are turning to train and start up all the points. We have signed more than 500 physical game points in Colombia for 2018 and we count on deploying them throughout the year. In addition, we have reached strategic alliances with several companies and associations which put us right from the start, in a very good position in the market."

Regarding the characteristics of the product, he added the following: "We have many years of experience in very competitive markets in Europe and this gives us a great advantage. We provide an omnichannel product adapted to the Colombian market. We believe that the new generations use mobile a lot, but many times they will want to live an experience in a physical place where they can also socialize. Our product is prepared both for the face-to-face point and for the online one and we look for synergies between both channels. In addition, we are at the forefront in terms of product and news in the market and we highlight a large number of sporting events with very competitive quotas."

Finally, he tells us of his interest in entering new markets: "At the moment, we are working to get the license in such competitive markets as Portugal, Italy and Malta. About Latin America, after the success of Colombia, we are very interested in entering more markets and we will do it as countries regulate betting and online gambling. "
