(Colombia, SoloAzar Exclusive).- Ana María Padros, Team Seven founder and owner, boutique marketing consultancy with experience and contacts generated over 20 years in the gaming industry, spoke exclusively with SoloAzar about their presence at GAT Virtual Expo, which held its inaugural edition last week.

´Our experience at GAT Virtual Expo was extremely enriching´- Team Seven

What has TEAM SEVEN presented at the event?
TEAM SEVEN presented all the consulting options it offers to the industry, both for face-to-face and online gaming; consulting in strategic marketing, promotional marketing for traditional and digital channels, modernization operations and methods, etc. It also presented the options for biosecurity products for the reopening of brick-and-mortar casinos.

How was your experience at this innovative trade show?
The experience was extremely enriching, considering that TEAM SEVEN was an organizer and participant (as exhibitor and panel of the forum), we had a complete vision within this digital journey that surprised us, due to the proximity to reality in the midst of the difficult situation we are living. Within the platform, you forget that there is no physical contact and you communicate as before.

What is the current situation of the company, considering the challenging year we are living?
The present of the company is a constant search and adaptation. As a result of a change in the world due to the pandemic, the intensive learning of the digital world was a priority, and in parallel, the development of a whole line of biosafety products for the Peruvian market, ranging from masks to dispensing equipment.
As the casinos in Latin America reopen, TEAM SEVEN is also returning to its normal functions, more active than ever.

How do you see the future of the industry in general?
I see the future of the industry after this experience as a forced coexistence between the physical and the virtual environment. Online gambling will capitalize on the unexpected growth it had during the pandemic and physical gambling will recover the highest percentage of players, but it will gradually add skill entertainment to its offer, with the aim to attract younger players to the game. Together with online gaming, it will be part of the entertainment in the future.
Manufacturers will undergo the same transformation, and their research and development departments will have more work than ever.

Which are the plans of the company for the rest of the year and the beginning of 2021?
We are evaluating several projects on the virtual platform with avatars, for this and next year; we also evaluate to continue with B2B and B2C consultancies in Latin America, the expansion of representations and the creation of a certification for the industry. TEAM SEVEN does not stop and the goal is to collaborate with the rapid recovery of the sector.

What is the interest of the company in the Latin American region, and how is it positioned?
TEAM SEVEN has been created 18 months ago and it is based in Peru. Despite that, it was launched in Colombia because this is a regional company. TEAM SEVEN is positioned to bring "Integral Solutions for the Gaming Industry," and that is what it is about, to adapt to any type of customer need within the gaming industry, which is our specialty.
