What were your main objectives at SBC Summit Americas? 
For me, SBC Summit Americas is much more than an industry event. Miami has become a strategic hub for companies targeting the Latin American market, bringing together operators, suppliers, regulators, and investors in a unique business environment.

Our main objective was to strengthen existing relationships while exploring new opportunities across several LATAM markets where we are increasing our focus. We also wanted to meet operators and regulatory stakeholders to better understand the challenges and opportunities arising from an industry that continues to evolve rapidly.

I am pleased to say that we achieved these objectives. The event allowed us to consolidate partnerships, identify new opportunities, and gain valuable insights into market developments that will influence our strategy in the coming months.

Networking and New Partnerships

What were the most valuable connections you made? 
The most valuable aspect of the event was undoubtedly the quality of networking. We had the opportunity to strengthen relationships with existing partners while establishing connections with new operators and industry stakeholders.

In particular, we were introduced to several companies operating in Central America, a region where our presence is still limited but where we see significant growth potential. These conversations opened the door to new business opportunities and strategic partnerships that we intend to explore further.


AI and Emerging Trends

Which industry trends stood out most? 
Without a doubt, Artificial Intelligence was the dominant theme of this year's event.

What stood out was not necessarily a specific product, but the growing integration of AI into existing gaming ecosystems. AI-driven automation, advanced data analytics, and AI agents connected to company knowledge bases are becoming powerful tools for operators and suppliers alike.

In an industry where managing information, optimizing acquisition funnels, and improving player engagement and retention are critical, AI can provide a significant competitive advantage. The companies that successfully combine AI capabilities with talented people who are willing to embrace change will be best positioned for future growth.

Another trend attracting considerable attention was the emergence of prediction markets. Whether this will become a sustainable business vertical or remain a short-term trend is still unclear, but it is certainly one of the industry's most discussed topics.

What are your main takeaways from the summit? 
My main takeaway is that Latin America continues to offer tremendous growth opportunities, but success increasingly depends on building strong local partnerships and developing market-specific strategies.

There is no single formula that works across the region. Every market has its own regulatory framework, player behavior, cultural characteristics, and operational dynamics. For this reason, localization—or as we often say, "tropicalization"—of products, services, and user experiences is essential.

As a technology platform and aggregator, we believe our role goes beyond simply providing content and infrastructure. The real value comes from working closely with local operators and partners to create tailored solutions that meet the needs of each market and its players.

We left Miami with stronger relationships, several projects already moving toward launch, and a clear sense of optimism about the opportunities ahead. The event confirmed that combining technology, local expertise, and strategic partnerships remains the best formula for sustainable growth across Latin America.
