SiGMA World 2026 will offer up to 18 hours of CPD training

SiGMA World 2026 will offer gaming industry professionals the chance to earn up to 18 hours of continuing education, known as Continuing Professional Development (CPD), throughout the event's three days of conferences.

The program includes a maximum of six hours per day and covers presentations made on the conference stages between November 3 and 5, 2026 in Fiera Roma, Italy.

In this way, the meeting, which combines sectoral debates, commercial opportunities and networking, will incorporate an additional dimension focused on professional development. The sessions will address issues affecting companies in the sector, such as regulatory changes, operational challenges, new technologies and the evolution of markets.

The CPD initiative will allow attendees to record their learning and incorporate it into their vocational training path.

Vocational training for a changing industry

Staying current in the gaming industry requires understanding the regulatory developments in each jurisdiction, the technological advances that transform operations, and the changes in player behavior and market access conditions.

These issues affect professionals in the sector in different ways. While an operator may analyze the regulatory requirements for entering a new market, a compliance specialist should focus on their implementation. What is the CPD?

Continuing Professional Development comprises the acquisition of knowledge and skills aimed at maintaining and improving professional competencies.

At SiGMA World 2026, creditable hours will correspond exclusively to presentations and discussions held on conference stages. Visits to exhibition areas, networking activities and business meetings will not be included.

Participants may request a maximum of six CPD hours for each conference day they attend. The final amount will be determined through the process of verification of attendance and issuance of certificates.

How to apply for CPD training hours

Delegates interested in obtaining recognition for their training can express their interest through SiGMA's official CPD accreditation page.

The procedure begins with a short online form, which can be completed before the event or during the event. To accredit attendance, it will be necessary to scan the credential every time you enter the venue on the days when you participate in the conferences.

The daily logs of access will serve as proof. After the event is over, SiGMA will match the applications with the available registrations, while iGaming Academy will be responsible for issuing the CPD certificates.

It will not be necessary to register the entry to each session individually. However, participants should bear in mind that accreditation only covers training activities carried out on conference stages.
