Soft2Bet leaded SiGMA Europe as event is another great success for the group!

(Malta, SoloAzar Exclusive).- Martin Collins, CBDO at Soft2Bet granted an interview to SoloAzar to talk about the great performance of the firm at the recent Sigma Europe expo 2023. Gamification, European regulation, state-of-the-art technology, Soft2Bet once again demonstrated its leadership in all things iGaming at SiGMA Malta Europe 2023.
What were the company's objectives for this edition of SiGMA Europe in Malta?
Our aims were to meet partners and clients, develop relationships and agree deals during the event and I’m glad to confirm we did all those things. The event was also a great reminder that consistency is one of the most important features to produce returns on investment in iGaming. Many of our peers often announce new pivots or strategic directions, at Soft2Bet we have been consistently focused on gamification since launching in 2016 and this is paying off across all key KPIs.

What novelties did you present at the event and what was the feedback you got from the attendees and visitors to your stand?
I am not sure at Soft2bet we deal in novelty in any way. Our products are built in order to drive operator KPIs in a positive manner. Indeed, by utilizing our highly gamified products that boost player engagement, retention and revenues, the feedback has been incredibly positive. From our sports stadium builders for those into sports wagering to city builders for our casino players, the consistent quality of our gamification has produced very strong results for both us and our operator partners.

What do you think about this edition of SiGMA Europe, and what do you consider to be the highlights during this edition of the event?
This year’s SiGMA Malta was great and the new venue was a huge positive. Call me biased but I thought the keynote our CEO Uri Poliavich gave on gamification was truly different and noteworthy. Not only did he make a point that is often missed: iGaming operators are now competing for screen time with the social giants of the tech world, but he showed how Soft2Bet’s gamification technology does this while massively boosting revenues.

In your opinion, what do you think is required to attract the next generation of gambling players, and what role does your company play in the development of the innovations of the sector in the region?
Via Motivational Engineering, our gamification technology, we provide the most innovative engagement features in the industry. Indeed, we have several solutions, all resonating to different types of audiences. As Uri explained during his SiGMA keynote, iGaming companies must engage players to retain them and compete for their screen time beyond iGaming and more into social media.
Equally, innovation is only useful and worth integrating if it boosts ROI and our figures back up our claims: our operators have enjoyed +300% rises in player screen time, while Betinia, our leading brand in Sweden, has enjoyed +65% rise in GGR and +70% ARPU in the past year thanks to our innovative products.
