The Ibero-American Gaming Summit Celebrates Its 10th Edition in Bogotá, Confirming the Presence of Regulatory Leaders

(Madrid).- Authorities from across Latin America and Europe will meet on May 5–6 at the Bogotá Marriott to shape a more modern and harmonized regulatory framework for the gaming industry.
The 10th edition of the Ibero-American Gaming Summit will take place on May 5 and 6 in Bogotá, bringing together one of the largest gatherings of gaming regulators in the region. The event will be hosted at the Bogotá Marriott Hotel.
Recognized as a key annual forum for the industry, the summit will convene regulators, operators, international companies, and sector associations from a diverse range of Latin American markets, fostering dialogue and the exchange of best practices.
Participants from countries including Peru, Mexico, Portugal, Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, Panama, El Salvador, Argentina, and host nation Colombia have confirmed their attendance. Notably, Brazil’s newly established regulatory authority will also be represented.

Daniele Correa Cardoso, Secretary of Prizes and Betting at Brazil’s Ministry of Finance.
Ventura Vega Batista, Executive Secretary of Panama’s Gaming Control Board.
Luis Filipe Coelho, Director of the Gaming Regulation and Inspection Service in Portugal.
Yuri Guerra, Director General of Casino Games and Slot Machines at Peru’s Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism.
Juan Carlos Santaella Marchán, Director of the Puerto Rico Gaming Commission.
María de Lourdes Ramírez García, Director General of Games and Sweepstakes in Mexico.
Claudia Álvarez Troncoso, Director of Casinos and Gambling at the Ministry of Finance.
Roberto Carlos Javier Milián Velásquez, President of El Salvador’s National Lottery.
Marco Emilio Hincapié Ramírez, President of Coljuegos.
The summit is expected to play a crucial role in advancing a more modern, coordinated, and regionally aligned regulatory framework, as stakeholders collaborate to address emerging trends and challenges in the gaming industry.
