Tower Group was at BgC for the first time

(Brazil, SoloAzar Exclusive).- Manuel Castiarena, Head of Operations of Tower Group, was present at the last edition of the Brazilian Gaming Congress, where he spoke exclusively with SoloAzar. "We hope Brazil will catch up and finally regulate the online game variant," he said.
"Tower is a site that was born in 2005 and is dedicated to online games in all its variants with focus on South America. It started as a way to mix tourism with games, taking the winners of online tournaments to our physical casino in the Dominican Republic. Then, as the years passed, the online game surpassed the physical casino and we branched out. Nowadays, Tower is mainly identified, not by its casino in the Dominican Republic but by its online variant", this is how Tower Group presents its Head of Operations.
With respect to his first participation in the Brazilian Gaming Congress, the executive said he had the best expectations. "We hope that Brazil will catch up and finally regulate the online game variant, more than anything to catch up with the global situation. Because if one looks from Ecuador to the north, there are practically no unregulated countries left. Even those who have decided to ban it, who are very few, such as Poland or Cyprus, who have only sports bets, have at least made a decision about it. The important thing here is to be clear and leave the gray area that does not serve anyone. It only makes that foreign companies can operate without any type of limitation, without any control and without any social contribution".
For the rest of the year, Tower Group is focused on relaunching its platform, which represents a great effort, since the firm has a large number of Brazilian players who hope they can return to the country soon, "and we want to do it with everything clear," Castiarena concluded.
