(Madrid, SoloAzar Exclusive).- Manuel Torres Alvarez, CEO of Synot, spoke with SoloAzar from his stand at the recent FIJMA event, where the company participated and presented its novelties with a very positive response from customers.
What novelties were presented at the Madrid Gaming Fair?
We showcased 3 different models: One is the Eclipse VLT, a server-based machine, then there is the Firebird machine with link games, and then the Explosive Link, with a totally new link system in three different cabinets.
How did you see the fair?
I think there were a lot more people and a lot more professional. The first day was very crowded and the second day also turned out quite well. We are very satisfied and very happy.
Which have been the firm's strategies for the current year?
The first thing is that the machine works, that the customer is satisfied, and if the customer is satisfied, so are we. We have very positive feedback from customers, because they have really liked the product, since it is very innovative, and people are betting heavily on this type of machine.
In which other events will you participate in this year?
I think that the Madrid show, which is very important, is enough for us. Even so, surely we will do some other event or private presentation in a hotel, with clients from autonomous communities.
What is Synot's star product?
The flagship product, which has been in operation for 8 years, is the MIX LINE, which is approved in Aragón, Castilla La Mancha, Extremadura, Murcia. On the other hand, with the Eclipse VLT we are carrying out some tests in Aragón and we are very happy, also, the tests that we are carrying out with the Firebird in the Basque Country deserve special mention, from which we are obtaining very good results. Finally, we are waiting to start testing the new ST1 furniture, for which we expect a great reception.
