(Italy, SoloAzar Exclusive) .- Valeria Cosi, Partner of CREOM, a company from Florence, Italy, which is a producer of coin and ticket management machines, spoke exclusively with SoloAzar during ENADA Spring 2018.

"We have always participated in ENADA"

What novelties are you introducing in this edition of ENADA?

We are presenting two novelties: a coin counting machine that integrates with our deposit box, which is authorized in the casinos or videogame rooms. The market was waiting for many years a product that made the counting of tickets quickly.

The other novelty is a machine to pay tickets for the tickets that are won in the rooms, with which the cashier can have at their disposal a machine that automatically registers the ticket and gives the change according to what you need.

In this case we have developed the software of the machines and JCM products are being used for bill management.

How do you see the ENADA show this year?

This is our sixth year at the fair, we have always participated in ENADA, this year the sector is more unstable. In Italy political instability always affects a lot, but particularly this year it is worse because of the elections. Always every government has tried to go looking for money through taxes, and then every time it shows more at the fair that the sector is shrinking.

What would be the objectives for this year?

We are trying to find other sectors. Therefore, we are developing and researching different products, always for the management of currencies but covering different markets besides gaming, because we cannot survive only with this.

How is the company positioned in the European market?

In the European market, I think we are still very small. In Italy, we are a company that is already starting to be a reference, especially with our new product because it is a technology innovation that is much more specific to the gaming sector, but at European level we still have to work a lot.

Did you think of exploring any other market outside of Europe?

Yes, that is the idea also of the collaboration with Spain, from there to reach more easily Latin America, Argentina especially, or Brazil, which are countries that can have a good outlet for us in terms of gaming.
