(London, Exclusive SoloAzar).- After the last edition of the London show, SoloAzar interviewed Oscar Giralt, Corporate Marketing Manager of Win Systems. "At ICE we present the latest developments in both the systems division and gaming machines," he said.
What did you present at ICE 2018?
At ICE we present the latest developments in both the systems division and gaming machines. Specifically, in Sistems we present Winstats, an application of our WIGOS casino management system, which allows casino managers to have the key statistics of their business always available on their mobile, wherever they are. In our range of Gold Club electronic roulettes we present the Ventura Gold Club, which is a 6-position electronic roulette that stands out for its compact design. We also launched China Roulette, a totally new way of playing traditional roulette, based on elements of Chinese culture. Finally, at ICE we also showcased the new collection of games for our GameStar gaming machines, and the GameStar Arcadia, which is specially designed for Spanish gaming halls.
How did you see the event this year?
We believe that the edition of this 2018 has been a faithful reflection of the dynamism of our sector; we have seen a very interesting growth, both quantitative and qualitative. Win Systems also had the most successful edition of ICE to date, we are frankly satisfied with the interest and opportunities that we have generated at the show.
What are the strategies of the company for this year 2018?
After the successful integration of Gold Club within Win Systems in 2017, this year we will focus on three major objectives: the first will be to consolidate our presence in markets where we already have a strong presence, especially in Latin America. The second will be to accelerate our growth in markets that are interesting for their evolution and where we are convinced of having the right products and projects, such as Argentina, or certain countries in Europe and Asia. Finally, we are very pleased to have relaunched the lottery business with some very important projects that will soon come to light. Lotteries is a business present in Win Systems since its founding, it is part of our DNA.
How do you see the European market and what is the positioning of the company? What are the countries in the European region that stand out in their evolution in the gaming industry
In Europe, we believe that the most interesting markets for Win Systems, by size and growth, are Italy and Spain. Also some countries in central Europe are very interesting for us, such as Holland, Belgium, among others. In these countries, we have the right products, and what is more important, we have the best team to take advantage of the many opportunities that are emerging.
In what other shows are you going to be present this year?
The following shows that we will attend are in America, and we can say that in all of them we will have a better presence than in 2017: FADJA Colombia, Juegos Miami, PGS Peru, SAGSE Buenos Aires, G2E Las Vegas ... anyway, we continue analyzing all the offer of events and studying which may be more necessary to consolidate our level of growth and our future projects.
Advances in technology pose a new type of player, a new generation. How does the company adapt to the need to maintain attention? How do you see the future of the industry globally?
Indeed, the incorporation of new generations is one of the challenges of the industry, and without a doubt the new technologies are a key element in this process. We believe that we will be witnessing a growing integration of the online business with the land-based, and that the elements that allow mobility will take on a growing role. This also entails changes in the forms of payment. On the part of operators and manufacturers, we will increasingly need to understand players, who are increasingly diverse. Win Systems has always had innovation and technology as intrinsic elements, we are sure that our solutions will adapt perfectly to this new environment.
