Win Systems presented its collection of games for Peru at PGS

How are you experiencing the fact of returning to face to face shows in Peru?
We are very happy to be here and to be able to meet again in person with customers and operators, to relive this feeling. Obviously we knew that there would not be as many people as in other editions, but the operators once again want to invest and look to the future again, and the truth is that that feeling of reunion and optimism is very good.

What has the firm presented at the recent edition?
Well, we brought all the offer that we have specifically for Peru. We brought Rising Link, a game that we are convinced the Peruvian market may like a lot, because it is different, and that is a feature that operators are looking for. Something different, that surprises. We also brought our electronic roulettes, which are already well known and highly sought after, and our WIGOS system, which is the leader in Latin America.

How do you see the Peruvian market regarding Win Systems products?
One of the things that pleasantly surprised us is that as soon as the market reopened we had requests for our roulettes and machines again, and it makes us feel very satisfied. We know that our products are very adapted to the Latin American market, it is our natural market, but we were pleasantly surprised by how quickly we received proposals again.

What balance can you make of this year?
It is true that the reactivation has been somewhat slower than expected, at the beginning of the year we expected that the casinos in some countries could reopen earlier and not in all countries this has been the case. But at the same time, the positive part is that we notice that at the moment of reopening there is a lot of desire, a lot of enthusiasm, a lot of projects. a lot of optimism. We detect a lot of desire to do and try new things. In short, you want to get ahead and overcome this situation.

How are you going to start next year?
Since the reopening of each casino, our position is to be by their side and try to help them to attract and seduce customers again, to start their business again. To achieve this, we seek to offer news to customers, who want to come back and try new proposals. On the other hand, we are having many cases where the operator wants to move to the next phase, wants to grow and invest again. For them, we have many news that we will reveal little by little. To give you some clue, we will be launching a wallet shortly, an application that also connects with the trend in our sector towards contactless and cashless. We also have WIGOS ONE, a system that allows an operator that has several rooms and even several lines of business (casinos, lounges, operations en route, even bingo halls, online, etc.), to be able to manage all those businesses from a single centralized system.

What will be the next show for the company?
If everything runs its normal course, our next fair will be ICE London.
