Win Systems presented its powerful Gaming and Systems novelties at ICE London
⏱ 3 min read
(London, Exclusive SoloAzar) - Without a doubt, the latest edition of ICE in London represents a very significant stage in the industry, as expressed by Virginia Pin, Marketing Manager at Win Systems. In an exclusive interview with SoloAzar, Virginia highlighted the excellent reception of the casino management system, WIGOS and its latest developments, presented during the tradeshow. She also discussed the company's strategy regarding the convergence between face-to-face and online gaming, among other relevant topics.
What was new at the last ICE in London and could you describe your presence on the stand?
ICE certainly marked a spectacular start to our annual exhibition calendar. The fact that we have once again opted for a new format for meetings with customers and visitors in our exclusive "VIP Lounge" was a great success. Not only did it allow us to ensure quality time with each of our visitors to understand their needs, but it also allowed us to showcase all of our powerful new products in both Gaming and Systems.
In Systems, visitors were able to get an up-close look at the latest developments of our prestigious WIGOS casino management system, such as Winup Wallet, the new generation of InTouch displays, or the innovative Lucy & Pierre themed jackpot.
In Gaming, we showcased the latest and exclusive Gold Club Symphony electronic roulette (which was all the rage during our last participation last October at G2E Las Vegas), the powerful Sublime Slot, and the new cabinet designed for the road market, the Rhapsody XL. Of course, we also showcased our exciting new games, our offerings tailored to specific markets, to give just a few examples.
In commercial terms, what is your assessment? Did you achieve the objectives you had set? Did new collaborations or business alliances emerge?
The balance is totally positive. ICE is one of the most important trade fairs in the industry within the European market and represents an enormous opportunity for us to achieve our commercial objectives, and this year was no exception.
We had very positive meetings with clients from Europe, LATAM and the United States, with whom we hope to continue to grow and to be their technological suppliers of reference.
We are promoting projects and developments in the world of means of payment, artificial intelligence and business intelligence, among others, which will undoubtedly give a lot to talk about in the coming months.
What aspect can you highlight about the changes and the future of the industry. How are you preparing for it?
We are facing a scenario where operators are deeply committed to improving and enriching their offer to attract and retain players. This raises the bar for suppliers, which drives us to constantly innovate. It is crucial to thoroughly understand our customers' operations and specific needs in order to become their ideal partners and develop solutions that truly add value.
In terms of regulation, many key markets are moving forward with their regulations, especially in the field of online gaming. A trend towards greater integration between face-to-face and online gaming is evident, which poses new and exciting challenges for the industry.
At Win Systems, we firmly believe that online and land-based gaming are perfectly compatible, and we anticipate a progressive integration between the two platforms. In that vein, we have been working hard to offer operators the best solutions that truly integrate both worlds: joint marketing tools, unified payment systems, to give a few examples. We are convinced that the future of the industry lies in this convergence, and we are committed to leading this shift towards a more complete and cohesive gaming experience.
What aspects can you highlight from the last edition in London and how are you preparing for Barcelona 2025?
The last edition of ICE in London marked the end of a significant period in the field of trade fairs in the gaming industry. We say goodbye with deep gratitude for all that this ICE venue has given us over the years. We live this edition with nostalgia, but also with great expectation for the evolution of ICE and all the changes that a change of venue implies.
We are convinced that this change of location will have a very positive impact on our industry. Barcelona stands out for its unique qualities, such as its infrastructure and innovative environment, positioning it as one of the leading cities in Europe for companies in the technology sector. The new venue will undoubtedly attract a diverse international audience, making it a crucial epicentre for the generation of new trends and opportunities. In any case, our commitment to ICE remains as strong as ever.
