(London, SoloAzar Exclusive).- Sebastián Salat, Zitro, President-International, was proud and satisfied with the warm reception that their products had at their booth in ICE London 2024, which also marked the European debut with the WAP product line. He also commented about the significant growth of Zitro Digital’s offerings, among other issues.

What novelties have you presented at the last edition of ICE in London?
At this year’s ICE London, we showcased recently launched games from G2E Las Vegas, specifically tailored for the European market. These titles, including 'Fu Frog,' 'Fu Pots,' 'Lún Pán Dú,' and ‘Billy the Pig,’ have demonstrated outstanding performance in diverse markets worldwide. These, combined with new games unveiled at ICE, provide the best guarantee for operators' investment. I must also highlight that the products presented at ICE have been adapted to the preferences of European players, incorporating desired betting configurations, mathematics, and game mechanics evident in titles like 'Energy Link,' 'Drum Dynasty,' and 'Hit Selection.

We marked our European debut with the WAP product line, being Mighty Hammer Ultimate, the first game launched for the WAP network, and we have plans for a global deployment in 2024, after a successfully launch in Latin America.

Finally, I want to emphasize the significant growth of Zitro Digital's offerings. We are continuously adding new titles, such as 'Makeda-Epic Kingdom' or 'Imperium-Mighty Hammer’, and additionally, we have introduced various promotional tools to support operators in the commercial management of our games. At Zitro Digital we firmly believe that we need to work with operators to jointly develop successful commercial strategies to make the most out of our games.

Could you describe how was your presence at ICE London?
We are proud and satisfied with the warm reception our products have received, not just in Europe but on a global scale. This success reflects the hard work and dedication of our team and reinforces Zitro's standing as a key player in the global gaming industry.

Operators who visited our booth had the opportunity to witness the significant progress Zitro has made in the breadth and diversity of its product portfolio. It is through this firsthand experience that operators can truly appreciate the quality, innovation, and distinctive Zitro personality that characterize our products.

We firmly believe that our presence at events like ICE London is not just an opportunity to showcase our latest offering but also an invaluable chance for industry professionals to engage with our team, understand our vision, and explore the endless possibilities for collaboration. I can proudly say that Zitro has become a must-visit at any event we participate in.

What aspect can you highlight about the changes and the future of the industry? How is the company preparing for it?
The gaming industry is undergoing significant changes, notably reflected in the increasing size of form factors. This is a trend that enhances their visibility, and it is led by the manufacturer’s need to ensure that our products stand out on the casino floor. Furthermore, the industry is witnessing an increased focus on diversity in hardware to add significant value compared to digital gaming offers, ensuring products stand out and capture player’s attention.

Also, slot machines are improving and will continue to improve the quality of graphics, animations, and multimedia, not only to emotionally connect with the player, but also to improve the player experience, and once again, differentiate the product offering from that of online operators.

In addition, the development of online gaming demands a comprehensive approach, not only in the design of appropriate games in terms of presentation and playability, but also to the overall user experience. This involves exploring the potential for cross-selling for land based and online distribution channels and adapting to the ever-evolving needs of consumers.

Looking ahead, there is a clear surge in the popularity of products with a social component, both in traditional and digital gaming realms. Zitro is at the forefront of this trend, actively promoting omnichannel tournaments and introducing products like ‘Mega Lounge’, which offers great games wrapped within a communal gaming experience. This strategic move aligns with the broader trend of supporting products with a social and community component, reinforcing positive player behavior, and creating a more engaging and interactive gaming atmosphere.

What key aspects would you highlight about ICE London? And how are you preparing for Barcelona 2025?
For years, the ICE London has been a must-attend event for all professionals in the global gaming industry. It has solidified its position as Europe's most significant trade show, providing an ideal platform to showcase our new products, cultivate business relationships, and create new opportunities for companies like Zitro to expand their global reach.

Drawing from the valuable experiences gained at ICE London, we are confident that ICE Barcelona will continue to build upon this legacy, evolving into an even larger and better event for our industry. Zitro is excited to announce that, for this Barcelona edition, we are preparing a spectacular product display to cater for new product verticals and new jurisdictions.
