2022 marks BetGames´ 10th anniversary
⏱ 2 min read
(Vilnius).- The prominent iGaming live casino specialist had its 10th birthday on the 6th of January, just a week after ringing in the start of 2022. Founded in 2012, the company is headquartered in Vilnius, Lithuania, with an additional Malta hub, complementing a team of more than 250 staff worldwide.
BetGames is a trusted, award winning, industry leading provider of innovative and familiar live dealer fixed-odds betting games. It works with more than 180 global partners, operating in more than 1300 websites, serving customers across retail and digital channels.
"We couldn’t be prouder of what we’ve achieved in this time. We officially registered BetGames on January 6, 2012. On January 7, we launched our first game, Lucky 7. Ten years later, we’ve picked up awards and recognitions from the likes of Deloitte and SBC, have grown to a team of over 250 professionals, and became the industry leader for live-dealer betting," said the firm at its LinkedIn account.
These were some of the hits of the company:
In 2012: The firm launched its first two games
In 2013: Launched Bet on Poker
In 2014: It released Wheel of Fortune & Bet on Baccarat
In 2015: BetGames offers games 24/7 and gains licensing from the UKGC
In 2016: it introduced War of Bets
In 2017: Is awarded twice by the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Central Europe
In 2018: BetGames introduced subscriptions and combinations
In 2019: Launches Speedy 7 and wins Rising Star in Casino Innovation at the 2019 SBC Awards
In 2020: Wins Live Casino Supplier of the Year and Leader of the Year Awards at the 2020 SBC Awards. It also launched new games and optimized existing ones
In 2021: Rebranded from BetGames.TV to BetGames
BetGames celebrated its birthday over two days, as the firm established on the 6th and then launched its first title, Lucky 7, on the 7th of January 2012. Since then, the live casino has added a further 11 engaging live casino titles. However, where BetGames stands out compared to other live studios, is that aside from Baccarat and Andar Bahar, you will not find other traditional table games. Instead, the firm primarily focuses on creating unique lottery, dice, wheel, and card titles that are bright, cheerful, and entertaining.
Over the years, the company has produced innovative titles, including Rock Paper Scissors, War of Bets, Wheel of Fortune, Bet on Poker, Dice Duel, and the Lucky range of lottery games.
"Of course, creating high-quality live games is only half the job. BetGames has had to work hard to market itself, sell its products, and push into iGaming markets across the globe. Fortunately, the company has been equally successful in that regard. BetGames is currently licensed and regulated across numerous markets, including the UK, Malta, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Italy, Bulgaria and South Africa", said sources of the firm.
