Digitain Launches “We Know the Player” Concept

About the new title

Digitain has introduced “We Know the Player”, a new brand positioning concept built around the company’s more than 20 years of experience and understanding of player behaviour. The initiative is designed to reflect this knowledge across Digitain’s technology, product ecosystem and solutions for operators.

More Than Two Decades of Player Knowledge

For more than two decades, Digitain has developed technology for the iGaming industry across multiple markets, products and player journeys.

During this time, the company says it has built more than a broad technology portfolio. It has developed extensive knowledge of how players make decisions, interact with products, respond to friction, and seek greater control and personalisation.

This understanding is now at the centre of Digitain’s new “We Know the Player” concept.

Building on “Built to Lead”

The new positioning adds another layer to Digitain’s existing “Built to Lead” brand statement.

While “Built to Lead” represents the company’s identity, ambition and drive to lead, “We Know the Player” focuses on the experience and understanding that underpin that ambition.

According to Digitain, the concept reflects the accumulated insight gained through more than two decades of working across different markets and player journeys.

Understanding the Person Behind Every Interaction

Ani Mkrtchyan, Chief Sales Officer at Digitain, highlighted the experience behind the new concept.

“For more than two decades, every market, product and player journey has taught us something. ‘We Know the Player’ reflects that accumulated understanding. It is about knowing the person behind every interaction and using that knowledge to build better technology for our partners. That is what gives real meaning to ‘Built to Lead.’”

Technology Built Around Player Understanding

For Digitain, understanding the player also involves recognising risk, supporting responsible play and identifying situations in which greater protection may be required.

Through “We Know the Player,” the company aims to emphasise its belief that effective technology starts with a deeper understanding of the people using it.

The concept therefore positions player knowledge as a foundation for Digitain’s approach to technology, product development and operator solutions.
