Global Gaming disrupts the market with an innovative approach to player engagement

(Stockholm).- Global Gaming is now the latest operator to use Wiraya’s Mobile Customer Activation to build player engagement. Targeting passive players for the brand Koti Kasino, the deployment focussed on reactivating customers who had failed to make a deposit in 90 days.
Compared to more traditional approaches over email and text, Global Gaming worked with Wiraya to challenge these industry norms, using new technology to approach player communication in a more personal and yet highly effective way.
Head of Brand at Global Gaming, Kristian Abd el All said; ‘We are operating in an increasingly competitive market, with a challenging combination of tougher competition and stricter levels of regulation. This makes it difficult to reach our players, ensure regular deposits and long term loyalty.’

Based on the success of this new approach, Global Gaming will now use Wiraya for activation, rapidly increasing the number of newly registered customers to first time depositing players.
