Lightning Box wins Portugal approval

(Sydney).- Lightning Box, the specialist slots developer, has received approval to launch its games in Portugal on the SG Digital platform.
The Portuguese gaming regulator, Serviço de Regulação e Inspeção de Jogos (SIRJ), has granted Lightning Box the right to release nine games from its offering.
These include Silver Lion, Stellar Jackpots-Chilli Gold x2, Stellar Jackpots-Serengeti Lions, Stellar Jackpots-More Monkeys, Respin Rhino, Dolphin Gold, Redroo, Mild Rockers, and Blazing Goddess.
Lightning Box is currently in discussions with several Portuguese operators with regards to the distribution of the content.
Peter Causley, Lightning Box Managing Director and Co-Founder, said: “We are thrilled to be given the opportunity to expand our footprint into Portugal, an online market that could present a number of new operator partnerships for us.
“We look forward to announcing those partnerships and the release of more games to the Portuguese market in due course.”
All future announcements regarding game releases between Lightning Box and games aggregator SG Digital will now include release in Portugal.
