(Douglas).- Altenar Grows Brazil Office with New Sales, Legal and Customer Success Talent. Reinforcing Altenar’s Commitment to Brazil’s Growing iGaming Market.
Altenar, a leading sportsbook and iGaming software provider, has expanded its footprint in Brazil with three key appointments: Luana Monje as Sales Executive, Beatriz De Freitas Lorenção as Legal and Regulatory Affairs Associate, and Maria Silvia Sparapan Moral as Contracts and Customer Success Associate.
These new hires reinforce Altenar’s long-term growth strategy in Brazil following a strong year marked by the opening of its São Paulo office, the acquisition of virtual sports certification, and the launch of multiple partnerships with local operators, including Multibet.
Strengthening Local Expertise in Sales, Legal, and Customer Operations
Luana Monje joins Altenar with more than ten years of sales experience. Her previous roles at Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Continent 8 Technologies bring valuable commercial expertise to support Altenar’s expanding client base in Brazil.
Beatriz De Freitas Lorenção brings a solid background in business law, compliance, data privacy, and experience in the cybersecurity and technology sectors. Her combined legal and commercial expertise strengthens Altenar’s regulatory capabilities in a rapidly evolving market.
Maria Silvia Sparapan Moral adds over 15 years of cross-industry experience in accounting, human resources, and customer service. After living and working in the UK and Malta, she returns to Brazil to support Altenar’s partners with localised contract management and customer-facing operations.
This investment in local talent highlights Altenar’s dedication to supporting operators, building trust, and maintaining regulatory leadership in Brazil’s maturing iGaming ecosystem.
Frederico Caputi, Sales Manager at Altenar, said:
“Brazil is a key growth area for Altenar, and we’re proud to strengthen our commitment with new local hires who will directly support operators navigating the region’s regulatory framework. Each new team member brings strong experience, and their on-the-ground presence enhances our ability to deliver compliant and reliable services.”
Luana Monje, Sales Executive at Altenar, commented:
“Joining Altenar’s Brazilian sales team is a hugely exciting opportunity. I’ve long admired the company’s technology and customer-centric approach, and I look forward to helping customers understand how our sportsbook solutions can elevate their operations.”
Beatriz De Freitas Lorenção, Legal and Regulatory Affairs Associate, added:
“Joining Altenar at this pivotal stage of its expansion in Brazil is a fantastic opportunity. I’m passionate about the legal structures that enable innovation. Altenar’s focus on compliance and integrity resonates with me and has built strong confidence among local operators.”
Maria Silvia Sparapan Moral, Contracts and Customer Success Associate, said:
“It’s inspiring to be part of a company that values both operational excellence and localisation. Returning to Brazil to contribute to Altenar’s growth feels like the perfect next step, and I’m excited to support our partners and build trusted relationships across the market.”
