Fruitful ACOS for market-leading Quixant
⏱ 2 min read
(London).- The third edition of the Autumn-Coin Op Show (ACOS), a rapidly growing exhibition dedicated to the UK Gaming and Amusement sectors, took place recently in London – and once again, Quixant’s leading brand of PC-based gaming platforms and monitors took centre stage.
Following a last-minute venue change, the event was located at London’s Olympia. Despite this, footfall was high, and the atmosphere extremely positive. With a product offering unsurpassed in the marketplace, Quixant has enjoyed huge recent success with a wide range of major UK EGM manufacturers, the majority of which were showcasing exciting new cabinets and games driven, and displayed, by Quixant technology.
Once more, the highly powerful and versatile QXi-6000, a fully fan-less, 4K-capable hardware platform for three-screen machine applications, proved highly popular. Also, the new QXi-400 - the most advanced two-display controller ever produced by the company - continued to attract increasing interest, with a winning combination of excellent power-to-cost ratio, and support for Windows 7, 10 and Linux. Quixant’s comprehensive gaming monitor and button deck portfolio was an added attraction, with more manufacturers than ever before utilizing the “one stop shop” opportunities on offer, alongside its Gaming Ecosystem®, an expansive set of hardware- and software-based features and benefits that allows users to minimize time-to-market for games, and port across different geographical markets with ease.
“ACOS was again an excellent show for us this year, despite only being in its infancy and undergoing a very late venue change”, commented John Malin, Sales Director for Quixant UK Ltd. “It provides an essential forum for networking with customers, both current and future. We have worked very hard to ensure that we have the right products for the UK market, both through our design processes and our customers’ recommendations, and it is pleasing to see these efforts bearing fruit.”
