IGT Names Adam Chibib as New Chief Financial Officer

Chibib to Lead Global Finance Organization

IGT has appointed Adam Chibib as Chief Financial Officer, effective November 1, 2026, subject to the required regulatory approvals.

Chibib will succeed Fabio Celadon, who will remain in the CFO role through October 31 before serving as an advisor to the company through December 31 to support the transition.

Extensive Financial and Gaming Experience

Chibib brings more than three decades of financial and operational leadership across public companies, private equity-backed businesses and technology organizations. His career includes involvement in six successful exits.

Most recently, he served as CFO of Raptor Technologies, which was acquired by Warburg Pincus in January 2026 following a transformation under Thoma Bravo and JMI Equity.

His gaming background includes serving as President and CFO of Multimedia Games, where he helped double revenue, triple profitability and increase the company’s market capitalization from approximately $47 million to more than $1 billion ahead of its $1.2 billion acquisition.

Chibib also served as Chairman of the Board and Chair of the Audit Committee at playAGS until its acquisition in 2025. His previous positions include financial leadership roles at Self Financial, NetSpend and several technology companies.

Focus on Financial Discipline and Growth

As CFO, Chibib will oversee IGT’s global Finance organization and help align financial strategy, capital allocation and business execution with the company’s long-term objectives.

Celadon to Support the Transition

Celadon’s career with IGT and its predecessor companies spans more than 20 years. Since becoming CFO of Lottomatica S.p.A. in 2002, he has held senior leadership positions covering finance, strategy, corporate development and international operations across Europe, North America and Asia.

During his tenure, Celadon helped guide the company through multiple periods of significant transformation and change.
