(Berlin).- Lars Rogge is leaving BALLY WULFF of his own accord on 31 December 2020. As Spokesman of the Management Board, he was responsible in particular for national and interna-tional sales activities, marketing/PR, product management, order management and technical service. He will be succeeded by Philipp Lorenz, who is moving from XTiP Sportwetten Vertrieb GmbH to the Berlin-based manufacturer of gaming machines.

Philipp Lorenz will be appointed as the new Managing Director Sales

In addition to his managerial duties, Lars Rogge represented the company in gaming machine industry associations as managing board member of the association Verband der Deutschen Auto-matenindustrie e.V. (VDAI) and board member of the umbrella or-ganisation Die Deutsche Automatenwirtschaft e.V. (DAW).

Ulrich Schmidt shared some kind words: "I would like to particu-larly thank Lars Rogge for our excellent, successful and ever-trust-worthy working relationship, which I always really appreciated. Some time ago, he told me that he wanted to make a change for personal reasons. Lars Rogge joined the company in 2013. During his time at the company, BALLY WULFF has continued to develop into an established and reliable market player and producer of high-quality gaming equipment thanks to constant innovation. We have achieved great things together and a large part of this positive development is down to Lars Rogge. I wish my long-time compan-ion Lars all the best for the future and, above all, I hope that he achieves all of his wishes and goals with this new step.

"It has been a great pleasure to work on making BALLY WULFF a success with so many talented, motivated and inspiring colleagues. Our success was only possible together. I particularly appreciated the professional freedom I was given and the unrestricted trust of Ulrich Schmidt. I will, of course, continue to carry out all my tasks with enthusiasm until I leave, but I would also like to take this op-portunity to thank my colleagues for our inspiring and successful working relationship at BALLY WULFF", says Lars Rogge about his exit.

His successor has already been appointed. Thomas Niehenke intro-duces the new colleague: "We are fortunate to have Philipp Lorenz, a seasoned and successful sales director, as successor. Philipp Lo-renz will start his new position on 01 November 2020. After holding management positions in various companies, Philipp Lorenz has been responsible for the activities of XTiP Sportwetten as Manag-ing Director Sales/Marketing over the past few years. Based on Philipp’s industry-related experience and building on Lars Rogge’s achievements, the transition of management responsibility is sure to be successful. We are looking forward to a great collaboration".
