(Las Vegas).- Aristocrat Leisure Ltd has released its FY25 Sustainability Report and inaugural Sustainability Databook, highlighting a year of strong progress across safer play innovation, environmental sustainability, responsible governance, and community impact.

Aristocrat Releases FY25 Sustainability Report with First-Ever Sustainability Databook

Aristocrat Leisure Ltd (ASX: ALL) has published its FY25 Sustainability Report, accompanied by the company’s inaugural Sustainability Databook now available on the Group’s website.

The report outlines progress made during the year ending 30 September 2025 across Aristocrat’s four strategic sustainability pillars: Good Governance & Responsible Business, Empowering Safer Play (formerly Responsible Gameplay), Operational Sustainability & Climate, and People & Community.

FY25 marks the first full year of implementation of Aristocrat’s refreshed sustainability strategy, guided by a double materiality assessment and aligned with emerging global reporting frameworks.

Key FY25 Highlights Include:

Expanded Flexi Play to more than 11,000 electronic gaming machines in New South Wales, Australia.

Formed major research partnerships with the University of Nevada Las Vegas and the International Center for Responsible Gaming.

Enhanced the Know Your Max campaign with new player education videos and a dedicated website.

Transitioned to 100% renewable electricity for the Australian head office and Integration Centre.

Refurbished 6,400+ gaming machines and repaired more than 68,000 parts.

Evaluated 700+ suppliers through the Supplier Sustainability Assessment.

Expanded Voxel AI safety monitoring to further strengthen workplace safety.

Achieved an employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) of 53, significantly above the Technology sector benchmark.

Supported 32 Employee Impact Groups across the organization.
