(Podgorica).- The Games of Chance Administration in Podgorica has reported a significant financial boost, collecting €28.51 million during the first seven months of the year. This impressive total represents a 37.26% increase compared to the same period last year.
Games of chance generate €28.51 million in revenues
In the first seven months of this year, the Games of Chance Administration collected a total of €28.51 million in revenues, up 37.26 percent year on year.
The Games of Chance Administration stated in a press release that the result achieved in July was particularly noteworthy, with revenues reaching €3.96 million, representing a 47.33 percent increase compared with the same month last year.
The online gaming sector grew the most
The highest growth was recorded in the online gambling segment, where revenues amounted to €12.26 million, 47.59 percent more compared to the same period last year.
“Revenues from games of chance in slot machine clubs totalled €6,64 million, marking a growth of 58.61 percent, while betting games generated revenues of €6.38 million, up 13.82 percent year on year,” the press release reads.
Revenues from casino games amounted to €3.11 million, up 17.9 percent year on year.
