(Stockholm).- Fast Track has unveiled fully agentic workflows within Fast Track AI, iGaming’s first natural language CRM platform, marking a major step toward becoming a fully AI-native ecosystem.
New AI capabilities redefine CRM execution in iGaming
The latest development aims to transform how operators design, execute, and manage customer engagement strategies through automation driven by artificial intelligence.
A New Era for CRM Operations
Agentic workflows represent a new generation of AI systems that move beyond answering questions and instead take action. Rather than relying on step-by-step commands, these systems understand an intended goal, create execution plans, operate across tools and data sources, and adapt as conditions evolve.
Users simply define an objective and evaluate the result, while the AI handles the workflow in between.
From Manual Processes to Conversational Execution
For iGaming operators, this evolution significantly changes traditional CRM management. Previously, building CRM strategies involved multiple manual steps, including data analysis, segmentation, trigger configuration, campaign creation, and coordination across teams.
With Fast Track AI’s agentic workflows, users can describe a business objective using natural language and allow the platform to execute the process end-to-end.
Tasks that previously demanded hours of setup and collaboration can now be completed through a single conversation.
Shifting CRM Teams Toward Strategy
The release introduces a new operating model for CRM departments. Instead of focusing on repetitive execution, CRM professionals can devote greater attention to strategy, creativity, and high-level engagement planning while AI agents manage operational delivery.
The approach positions AI as a collaborative execution layer rather than simply a support tool.
Strong Adoption of Fast Track AI
Fast Track AI originally launched in September 2025 and quickly gained traction among users. More than 70% of Fast Track customers adopted its natural language features within the first three months, and nearly all users now engage with the platform on a daily basis.
“Our vision is to digitalise the iGaming industry and deliver the first self-learning engagement platform. We have seen strong traction with Fast Track AI since its release,” said Simon Lidzén, Co-Founder and CEO of Fast Track.
He added that the platform’s combination of real-time data, iGaming-focused intelligence, the Singularity model, and orchestration capabilities creates the foundation for advancing the industry toward agentic workflows.
Continuing a History of Innovation
Fast Track has consistently introduced major technological milestones in iGaming, including the industry’s first real-time CRM in 2018, the AI-powered Singularity model in 2021, Rewards-driven gamification in 2024, and the launch of the first natural language CRM platform in 2025.
With fully agentic workflows now introduced, the company aims to lead the next stage of CRM evolution through AI-driven automation and intelligent execution.
